Your Role and Responsibilities

As one of our Meta Account Managers, you’ll be at the forefront of interacting with clients on a daily basis while managing, developing and optimizing comprehensive paid Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build trust and positive relationships with your clients through Zoom calls, personalized email support and phone calls 
  • Executing high-performing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  • Conducting audience research and building targeted ad campaigns
  • Continuously auditing and optimizing ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
  • Communicating campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports
  • Collaborating with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings
  • Preparing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear, professional manner
  • Providing top-notch client support with minimal oversight

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads (2+ years)
  • 2+ years of Google Ads experience (preferred)
  • Expertise in split testing and full-funnel execution
    Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook policies, strategies, trends, and tools
