Your Role and Responsibilities
As one of our Account Managers, you’ll be at the forefront of interacting with clients on a daily basis while managing, developing and optimizing comprehensive paid Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing high-performing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Expanding and managing our Google Ads services
- Conducting audience research and building targeted ad campaigns
- Continuously auditing and optimizing ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
- Communicating campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports
- Collaborating with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings
- Preparing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear, professional manner
- Providing top-notch client support with minimal oversight
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients calmly and clearly via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet
- Mastery of Facebook/Instagram Ads with 2+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of Google Ads experience
- Positive, passionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Expertise in split testing and full funnel execution
- A relentless drive to achieve outstanding results
- Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decision-making
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Facebook policies, strategies, trends, and tools
- A commitment to being a dedicated team player for our amazing clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running local lead generation campaigns in the fitness/wellness industry
- Experience working with multi-location franchise businesses
