Position Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Client Success to lead our production team and drive client satisfaction and retention. This key leadership role will oversee our account managers, our production team and our technical team while being responsible for maintaining and growing our client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a strategic mindset to ensure both team and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the production team, including account managers and our onboarding team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our core values.
- Own client retention metrics and develop strategies to maintain and improve client satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize standardized processes for client management and team operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team performance and client success.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership on team performance, client health, and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the resources and training needed for success.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client situations and strategic account management.
- Lead the campaigns of a few of our largest accounts, providing strategic direction, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations to ensure superior results.
- Establish benchmarks and best practices for campaign performance management, guiding the team in setting, analyzing, and achieving performance goals across all major marketing channels.
- Participate and provide valuable insights as a member of the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- High proficiency of lead generation strategies and optimizations on META
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships in the digital marketing space
- Experience leading and developing remote teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Strong digital marketing agency background
- Experience with major CRM systems and project management tools
- History of implementing and optimizing customer success processes

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
- Performance Based Incentives: Quarterly performance-based incentives related to retention and client satisfaction, team management and account expansion
- Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO, 5 days of sick leave and 6 paid holidays
- Health Benefits: Company funding of $300/month toward individual medical plans (varies by state with multiple options)
