About the Role:
JL Marketing is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Google PPC Specialist to elevate our internal Google Ads capabilities. We need a self-starter who’s passionate about paid traffic, excels in client relations, and thrives on data-driven results. What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Drive performance based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Manage a small portfolio of META campaigns across various brands. 
  • Audit underperforming campaigns and apply recovery strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on full-funnel strategies and cross-channel efforts.
  • Prepare insightful performance reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with Corporate/Franchised Operations team members to prepare monthly reports and performance analytics
  • Conduct performance and strategy review meetings with accounts 
  • Participate in client expansion activities such as webinars, vendor meetings & other client relationship building activities as needed
  • Stay ahead of PPC trends, Google algorithm updates, and platform best practices.

You Should Have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads with measurable success.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and ROI via PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking setup.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns in various industries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and proactive attitude.

You are expected to:

  • Work in office 3 times a week to collaborate with leadership
  • Communicate with clients calmly and clearly via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Be positive, passionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
  • Possesses expertise in split testing and full-funnel execution.
  • Have a relentless drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Use strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent organization, proactivity and time management skills.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google policies, strategies, trends, and tools.
  • Commit to being a dedicated team player, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via email. This may include addressing urgent matters outside of standard business hours as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $70-80k annually
